Are you ready to get radical? “Radical” means to get to the roots of something. Anima Journey invites you to “Explore the Universe of the Body, Mind, and Spirit” and get Radical with your health!  Based on the Big Island of beautiful Hawaii, we offer workshops for all levels, individual consultations by phone, mail, and/or email, and retreats. We believe that our bodies contain all the knowledge they need to heal themselves.  This is a radical approach for health principles as promoted through Natural Hygiene.

 

How we work: we use questionnaires, diet records, and consultation to help you toward your goals.  Whether you are hoping to feel better, live longer, or have more energy, our workshops and individual consultations can benefit you!
